This is a very interesting piece of folk art deaccession from the Vineland Historical Society Museum. The tag from the museum says"metal do-dad #512 whale?" The piece is made of metal or tin. Wooden ball on end with fins on the top. Very strange. It measures 14" across and is 8" in height.
